CO2 CNC Laser Cutting Machine

The LC series CO2 numerical control laser cutting machine produced by R&D in China is shown in Figure 1. The main machine of the machine tool consists of a workbench (commonly a single workbench toothed workbench and a sprocket-driven exchange workbench) where the mechanical part moves in X, Y and Z axes and a gantry suspension structure. The transmission part is driven by a large screw, and the beam moves in the Y axis of the fixed beam, while the follower slides in the X axis of the fixed beam, and the cutting beam moves in the X axis of the fixed beam and is driven. The beam moves on the fixed beam in the Y axis, the driven slide moves on the beam in the X axis, and the cutting head can move up and down (Z axis) relative to the plate on the driven slide.

I developed and produced the FC series fiber laser cutting machine as shown in Figure 2, gantry structure, gear and rack transmission part, bed beam for X-axis movement, on the beam slider for Y-axis movement, the cutting head is mounted on the slide block and is used for Z-axis movement through the screw or the module.

The light-emitting principle of fiber laser is shown in Figure 4. The laser is composed of modules, which represent a section of power, and the modules are added together to synthesize the total power. Inside the module is a pump source, which sends pump light through a coupler to generate optical fiber to send laser light.
